Paul Lamborn, VMD

Dr. Lamborn was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1967.  After veterinary school, Dr. Lamborn enlisted in the Army and was part of the U.S. Army Veterinary Corp and was stationed at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as part of their experimental surgery program.  In 1969, Dr. Lamborn was discharged from the military and settled in South Florida.  After working in other animal hospitals, he opened his own practice in Hialleah in 1975, working with small animals and exotics.  In 1982, Dr. Lamborn sold his practice in South Florida to move to Central Florida where he opened another practice in New Smyrna.  Dr. Lamborn sold his practice in 1999 to seek a more flexible schedule through relief veterinary work.  Currently, Dr. Lamborn is the President of  the Board of Directors for the Volusia Animal Emergency Clinic.  He brings his many years of experience in veterinary surgery to Spring Oaks Animal Care Center every Thursday.
